Workplace Experience
& Expansion

New office. New city. We own the full picture—compliance, design, vendors, timeline—so you focus on building.

The Expansion Challenge

Growing companies often find themselves stuck between velocity and execution. You've decided to open a new office or expand to a new city. Now what?

  • ⚠No single owner: HR leads hiring readiness, real estate owns the lease, IT manages infrastructure, finance tracks budget. No one owns the full outcome.
  • ⚠Fragmented vendors: You scramble to find brokers, contractors, IT providers, compliance consultants. Each relationship is separate; coordination is chaotic.
  • ⚠Budget sprawl: Rent, fit-out, furniture, IT, compliance—costs appear suddenly. Budget overruns are common. Negotiating power is fractured.
  • ⚠Timeline slips: Without clear sequencing, critical paths blur. Site handovers slip. Go-live dates push. Culture suffers.

BRYTHE's Approach

1. Site Search & Evaluation

We brief brokers, source options, and run a weighted scorecard—location, cost, compliance readiness, expansion headroom. You get a ranked shortlist, not analysis paralysis.

Typical: 2–3 weeks

2. Lease Negotiation & Compliance

We negotiate lease terms (rent escalation, lock-in, CAM transparency), manage legal review, and handle statutory registrations—Shops & Establishment, GST, PF/ESI, fire NOC. You stay compliant from day one.

Typical: 3–6 weeks depending on regulatory complexity

3. Fit-out & Design

We appoint contractors, finalize designs, manage civil and electrical work, oversee furniture and branding. Quality checks at every phase. Budget protected.

Typical: 6–9 weeks

4. IT & Facilities Setup

Internet connectivity, network infrastructure, meeting room AV, security systems—all coordinated. We ensure Day 1 tech works perfectly.

Parallel: weeks 6–10

5. HR & Employee Readiness

We handle employee comms, relocation support, updated contracts with new location, and launch events. Culture stays strong through transition.

Parallel: weeks 8–12

6. Go-Live & Stabilisation

We manage Day 1 run-of-show, resolve punch-list items, and run a 30-day stabilisation review. By Day 30, the office is running smoothly.

Typical: weeks 12–14 + 30-day review

Real Example: Groww's Multi-City Expansion

The Brief

Scale from 50 people in Bangalore to 3,000+ across 5 cities in 3.5 years. New offices needed in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Hyderabad—each representing a different regulatory and real estate challenge.

The Outcome

  • ✓ Expanded from 5k to 1L+ sqft across 5 premises
  • ✓ ₹50L+ negotiated in rent savings across leases
  • ✓ Zero compliance lapses across 5 states
  • ✓ Culture remained strong through growth

What Changed

Without single ownership, each city expansion would have been a separate project with separate vendors. Instead, we built playbooks, negotiated vendor relationships once (with leverage for scale), and applied proven processes across all locations.

Result: Faster expansions, better terms, consistency, and lower total cost.
