Team & Ecosystem

Your Core Contact

Pratik Agrawal is your single point of accountability. He leads discovery, strategy, and executive updates. You work directly with him.

For ongoing projects, Pratik may embed part-time or work alongside your internal team, depending on scope.

Our Vendor Network

Pre-vetted partners across real estate, IT, event production, logistics, merchandise, and facilities. We've negotiated relationships, so execution moves faster.

New vendors sourced as needed. You always have visibility and approval.

Common Questions

How is this different from hiring an agency or consultant?

We sell outcomes, not time. You get a single accountable owner who stays involved through delivery, not a vendor who hands off after planning. We also embed our vendor ecosystem, so execution moves faster and cheaper than managing multiple vendors yourself.

What if the project scope changes mid-way?

We have a formal change-order process. New scope is discussed, scoped, priced, and approved in writing before work begins. Budget and timeline protection is core to how we operate.

Can we work retainer-based instead of project-based?

Yes. For ongoing work (fractional leadership, continuous gifting programs, multi-phase expansions), we offer retainer models. Discuss with us during the discovery call.

Do you require exclusivity?

No. You can work with other consultants or agencies in parallel. We own our scope and are accountable for our outcomes. Other partners own theirs.

What happens if a vendor fails or delivers poor quality?

We own vendor performance. If a vendor underperforms, we escalate, fix, or replace them. You shouldn't have to manage vendor relationships—that's our job.
